SANDECO Group (established 1984) is a wholly owned Nigerian Conglomerate with businesses and interests that span across various sectors of the Nigerian economy; Automobile Engineering, Fire Hazard Prevention and Safety, Civil Engineering and Road Construction, Oil and Gas, Equipment Leasing, Shopping Malls, Retailing of Groceries, Household Items, Food & Beverages etc.

With globally respected partners and an iconic brand portfolio, SANDECO Group has continued to be a considerable contributor to Nigeria's economy.

SANDECO Group was birthed in 1984 with the aim of building a business whose major goal was to fill the void of quality General Merchandise across South Western Nigeria. It involved the importation and distribution of a wide range of Office & Household Items to established distribution outlets like Kingsway Stores, Leventis Stores and United Trading Company Stores (U.T.C.) which were the top retailers of their time.

Our Group's interest as at today has spread beyond the importation and distribution of office and household items to Automobile Manufacturing, the Provision of Fire Hazard Prevention and Safety Services through Sandeco Associates Limited; Civil Engineering and Road Construction Services as well as the provision of Equipment Leasing Services to the Oil and Gas Industry through Mitidoel Energy Limited.

As a result of further diversification of business focus, the Group entered into a Retail - Public Initiative to engage in the retail sector of the economy with the establishment of "Southey's" which aims to become one of the largest retail distributors in Nigeria and across Africa in the near future.

SANDECO Group in a bid to support care providers efforts towards the most vulnerable segment of the Nigerian Society, the Elderly and Children, has also established the Not-for-Profit Charity Foundation called "Southey Care Foundation".

SANDECO Group's systematic approach to being a major player in strategic sectors of the economy has made the Group a force to be reckoned with in Nigeria and beyond.
